We at Vedic Sanskar strive to provide you with the best services and products to enhance your Vedic ceremonies. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below.
Purohit Services:
If you wish to cancel a booked purohit service, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the scheduled ceremony.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled ceremony will not be eligible for a refund. However, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling or alternative arrangements.
Samagri Purchases:
Refunds for samagri purchases will be considered if the items received are damaged, defective, or not as described.
To request a refund for samagri, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the items, providing clear details and supporting evidence (such as photos).
Returns Policy:
Purohit Services:
If you are dissatisfied with the purohit service provided, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of the ceremony. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, provide a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.
Samagri Purchases:
Returns for samagri will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the items, only if the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support, and we will provide instructions on the return process. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

To request a refund or initiate a return, please contact our customer support via email at support@vedicsanskar.com or through the “Contact Us” section on the Vedic Sanskar app. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the approval of the request.
Returns will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
Exceptions:
Customized purohit services and personalized samagri orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Digital products, such as access to Vedic resources, are non-refundable.
